Blade Battery Nail Penetration Test

The Blade Battery passed the industry's most extreme safety benchmark — the nail penetration test — without fire or explosion. A steel nail is driven through the cell, directly short-circuiting it. Conventional lithium-ion packs fail violently; the Blade Battery's LFP chemistry and blade-cell geometry remain stable, even at full charge.
